CNC Machining

CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process where raw material is removed with a variety of precision cutting tools to make a part or a tool.

 

We use CNC machining to not only manufacture prototypes and parts but also to make molds & tools, which can be used as assembly aids, vacuum forming, compression molding, layup of composites & plastic injection molding.

A lot of experience was gained through the years in machining parts in multiple directions and making changes in existing parts.

​

Our team of machinists will program the machine to optimize final tolerance, surface finish and cutting time to meet your needs.

We currently have 4 industrial CNC 3-axis milling machines in our factory machining a wide variety polymers and soft metals.
